President Obama reportedly gets frustrated with Bill Clinton's gregarious nature.
Bill Clinton said President Obama was "luckier than a dog with two d---s" for catching lucky break after lucky break during the 2012 presidential race while Republican challenger Mitt Romney crashed and burned in his campaign.
"Romney's ineptness staggered Clinton," according to a new political tell-all about the contest, "Double Down," by journalists Mark Halperin and John Heilemann, Politico reported.

"He really shouldn't be speaking to people in public," Clinton said, according to the book, citing Romney's oratory weakness and embarrassing 47% comment that helped derail his bid.
Though less than impressed with his political prowess, Clinton did say he had a personal admiration for Romney as a decent family man.

Bill Clinton reportedly had a personal admiration for Mitt Romney as a family man, the book says. Romney appears with Clinton at the Clinton Global Initiative in New York in September 2012.
Clinton had been praised as Obama's number one surrogate during the lead-up to the 2012 election, earning high marks for his rousing speech to the grass roots during the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte.
Clinton's gregarious nature often bugged the President to no end despite being an asset.

A focused Obama was annoyed with the 42nd President, who spent his time on the links "cracking jokes and yakking, taking mulligan after mulligan."
